Key Features of a 0.01 Micron UF Filter

• Mechanical Filtration: Unlike RO, it does not require electricity to push water through the membrane; it works on normal pipeline pressure.

• Microbial Protection: The 0.01-micron rating is small enough to trap almost all known bacteria (like E. coli) and many viruses.

• Mineral Retention: It does not remove dissolved salts (TDS). This makes it ideal for water that is already low in TDS but needs to be biologically safe.
